Our project managers assemble a team of verified and specialized contractors, depending on the size of your project.

You receive a 2.5% commission on referred projects

Receive 1% of the estimated project budget (excl. VAT) after the customer has signed the contract and made the first payment. Receive an additional 1.5% of the actual total project budget upon completion of the project.

Roof extension in Haarlem with dormers and new structural floor

In Haarlem, we built a roof extension with a 0.4 m increase in the 1st floor height and a new load-bearing floor for the 2nd floor. The intervention adds a full-scale extra floor, with plenty of daylight via dormers and HR++ skylights, improved insulation and a sophisticated layout for a future bathroom.

Renovation of a Maisonette with New Kitchen and Bathroom in The Hague

In this The Hague residence, we carried out a complete makeover of the bathroom, kitchen, floors, and layout. The result is a bright, functional interior where thoughtful techniques—from modern bathroom construction to a neatly installed IKEA kitchen—come together in one consistent whole.

Backyard extension of a villa in Arnhem

In Arnhem, we built a backyard extension that enlarges the living area on the ground floor and connects it more directly to the garden. The new shell is highly insulated, rests on a solid foundation with piles and foundation beams, and brings in extra daylight through a large fixed skylight. Existing elements—such as the sliding doors—have been reused where possible.
